To open the Reset Service Utility for a supported printer, press the reset service button located on the print queue. The user will see an option to reset the Print Services. The printer will not print and will be unavailable for approximately 24 hours.

Once the time period for reset printing elapses, the Maintenance Reset Utility dialog will reappear. The printer is still available for subsequent work after the Maintenance Reset Utility dialog and the printer has completed a repair.
