the bug was found and fixed in the previous firmware, the new firmware can fix the problem. should you encounter any issues, please make sure to check out our support website. service tags for all products are provided at the bottom of this.
check out our help center for checking and resetting the reset password and update firmware. if youre still experiencing issues after our troubleshooting, then please send your router in to repair. you can find a service tag, order a repair service, and/or request a credit if needed.
the link is quite similar to the one we have asked to get the new firmware so we can download the new firmware. just click the link and it will take you to the firmware download page. once you have downloaded the correct firmware, it's time to flash it:
now your new firmware will begin to load. at the end of the loading process, your router will reboot to whatever new settings were saved in the firmware. if the routing tab of your browser is working now, you have successfully updated.
if you have updated your firmware, youll have to restart your router with the button provided. please report any issues, and, if you have the firmware you are using, submit a bug report. resend your email settings if needed.
if you are using arcadyan arv7518pw as a router for your smartphones, tablets, and other devices that have wi-fi connectivity, you can easily access the settings remotely. if you do choose to do this, you'll need to use either your smartphone or your laptop (and if using your smartphone, the wi-fi connect app). 3d9ccd7d82
